Meet Gracie Vincent, a hospitality enthusiast from Raleigh, NC. As a graduate of Campbell University, she proudly cheers on her alma mater, especially in football.

Julia DiBiase
Julia began working part-time at St. Francis Springs Prayer Center in September of 2021 as an intern after graduating from Wheaton College in 2021

Holly Bessey
Holly began her time at St Francis Springs Prayer Center as a volunteer in 2018. In August of 2021, Holly was incredibly grateful to be offered a full-time position in Reservations.

Blaise Faint
Blaise began working off and on as a volunteer at St. Francis Springs Prayer Center in the 2010’s after being recruited by his mother, Mary Faint.

Steve Swayne
Steve Swayne is currently Director of St. Francis Springs Prayer Center, a role he started in October 2019. He was first introduced to St. Francis in 2012 on a silent retreat.

Tony Nitz
You probably know Tony for his delicious food, kind greetings, and stories before meal times. Tony first began cooking at St. Francis as a volunteer and has been on full time staff working as one of our primary cooks and been in charge of the outdoors for several years now.

Marshall Perry
G. Marshall Perry, Jr. was born Jan. 27, 1949 in Rome Georgia. His family moved to Greensboro in 1960 and he attended Grimsley High School.

Kay Barnett
Former nurse turned chef extraordinaire, Kay’s food in unmatched and her sweet Southern soul is sure to make you smile.

Fr. Bob Menard, OFM
Bob is a Franciscan Friar. He has extensive pastoral experience. As an ordained priest he has served in parish, university, urban and seminary settings up and down the East coast of the United States.
Currently nine individuals serve on the Board of Directors and are responsible for the annual operations of St. Francis Springs Prayer Center.

Financial Model: 80/20 Rule at St. Francis Springs
St. Francis Springs's financial model currently works on an 80/20 structure. 80% of revenue is generated from retreat guests and 20% comes from over 600 annual donations.

The budget is approximately $1.2M and we are committed to accountability, transparency, and using God's resources to support the mission and values of the Center.
